Decode Your Detox™ is a personalized wellness consultation using your raw DNA file (from services like 23andMe or Ancestry) combined with your health history and symptom patterns. The goal is to help you understand why healing has been hard, which supplements may or may not be a fit, and how to work with your body instead of guessing.

We offer a simple quiz on the website to help guide you toward the package that best fits your needs. If you're unsure, start with the First Light package—you can always upgrade later if you want a deeper analysis or one-on-one support.

You’ll need your raw data file from a service like 23andMe, AncestryDNA, or another platform that allows raw data downloads (.txt or .zip). You can also upload summary reports from places like Genetic Genie or SelfDecode if you're doing the Basic package.

Yes! If you choose the Basic package, you can upload a PDF summary (like a report from Genetic Genie). If you don’t have any data yet, we recommend getting tested through 23andMe or AncestryDNA and coming back when your file is ready.

No. This service only uses digital data that you upload. We don’t process or collect physical samples of any kind.

No. Decode Your Detox™ is an educational wellness tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It’s designed to help you understand how your body works, not replace professional healthcare guidance. Always consult with a licensed provider before making changes to your health routine.

Once payment and your intake form are received, we begin your custom report. You’ll receive an email confirmation and your full Decode report within 7-14 business days. If clarification is needed, we’ll reach out using your preferred contact method. If you don’t hear from me within 2 business days, feel free to reach out just in case something got missed.

Reports are typically delivered within 7–14 business days. These are not cookie-cutter summaries—they’re deeply personalized and created with great care, one at a time. I take the time to dig deep into your genetics, your symptoms, and your story to make sure what you receive is meaningful and supportive.

Please know that I also walk this healing journey myself and live with chronic illness. I understand how important this information is—and I honor it by giving each report the focus it deserves. While I always aim to finish sooner, this time frame allows me to deliver high-quality work without compromising your care.

If you purchased the Full Decode package, it includes a one-on-one consultation where we’ll walk through everything together. For all other packages, you’re always welcome to upgrade later or request a follow-up consult.

That said, I absolutely understand that questions may come up. You’re welcome to reach out via Facebook Messenger or text for brief follow-up questions related to your report. I may not be able to go into full depth without a consult, but I’ll do my best to clarify anything that’s confusing or point you in the right direction.

Only if you want to know. On the intake form, you'll be asked how much you want revealed—just detox/healing genes or deeper risk-related genes too. We fully respect your boundaries.

Yes. All personal and DNA data is stored securely in private folders and never shared, sold, or used for any reason beyond your report. You can request your data be deleted at any time. We will never sell or share your data. You can also request your information be deleted at any time.

Yes! If you start with a lower package and later want to dive deeper, you’ll receive a discount when upgrading—since much of the foundational work has already been done.

All Survivors Unite operates under the parent company Monarch Distributors. Your receipt may show this name on your bank statement, along with a label like "Decode Your Detox-ASU" for clarity.
