Understanding Autism

Autism is a beautifully valid and deeply meaningful way of experiencing the world. Whether you were diagnosed early, later in life, or simply resonate with Autistic traits and community language, you are welcome here — fully and without question.

Autism can shape how we process emotions, relationships, sensory input, and the world around us.

It often comes with deep empathy, creative insight, unique patterns of thinking, and powerful passions.

No two Autistic people are alike, and your version of Autism is 100% valid.

This section offers affirming, identity-first resources to help you better understand yourself or support someone you love with compassion and confidence.

Understanding your Score

What do my scores mean?

All scores of 65 or higher are indicative of autistic traits.

The higher the score, the more autistic traits you have.

In the table below are general interpretations of various total scores on the RAADS-R.

Meaning of RAADS–R scores:

  • 25 You are not autistic.
  • 50 Some autistic traits, likely not autistic (yet some autistic people score as low as 44).
  • 65 The minimum score at which autism is considered.
  • 90 Stronger indications of autism, although non-autistics may score as high.
  • 130 The mean score of autistic people; strong evidence for autism.
  • 160 Very strong evidence for autism.
  • 227 The maximum score autistic people acquired in Ritvo’s seminal paper on the RAADS–R.

I Am AuDHD

How mold, DNA, and curiosity revealed the truth I’d been missing

I didn’t set out to uncover Autism or ADHD — I set out to survive.

And in the process of healing my body, I found something even deeper: myself.

As I searched for answers about mold, detox, and my DNA, I kept following the questions — the ones no one else seemed to be asking.

That relentless curiosity, the part of me that always needed to know why, led me somewhere I never expected… to the truth I’d been missing my whole life.

It wasn’t just about getting better. It was about finally understanding how I worked. Everything made so much sense.

“The mold didn’t cause this. But it led me here.”

This is the story of how mold, DNA, and curiosity revealed a truth I never saw coming… and why I’ll never unsee it now.

Wondering if your story might look like mine?

If you've ever felt too much, too sensitive, or too different to explain — you're not alone. What you’ve been surviving may be part of a bigger truth.
